How long does shipping take?
Packages are shipped from China,Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to Euro or America. If you want it faster,contact us to change to faster shipment,which takes 3-5 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your destination. Free shipping is available above a certain order value in selected countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships,you’ll receive a tracking Number. You can also track on 17track.com or contact us to get more informations
I didn’t receive my order confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to assist.
My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please first check the tracking information and ask your neighbors. If there is no update or your parcel appears delayed, contact the shipping carrier or us and we’ll investigate.
