General terms and conditions

Article 1 – Purchase Agreement

A purchase agreement is concluded once an order has been placed in our online store. As confirmation, we will send the customer an e-mail containing all order and address details as entered by the customer. Any errors or inaccuracies are entirely at the customer’s own risk and expense. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and you must follow the return procedure.

Article 2 – Prices

All prices stated are in USD, including VAT and shipping costs by our standard shipments. Frindio reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Article 3 – Payment Method

Payment for your order must be made immediately after placing the order using your selected payment method. The total amount includes VAT and shipping costs. The total amount can be found in the shopping cart and on the order page. If you pay by credit card, the total amount (including shipping costs) will be charged to your credit card immediately. The total amount can be found in the shopping cart during checkout/secure payment.

Article 4 – Shipping Method and Costs

Orders are shipped with Standard Shipping method. Shipments are always made at the seller’s expense and risk. The legal delivery date is considered to be the moment you receive the goods.

Article 5 – Delivery Time

The expected delivery time is stated for each product on 17track.com.

If an item is unavailable or cannot be delivered within the indicated delivery period, we will contact you. Please ensure that you provide the correct telephone number and e-mail address.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal / Returning a Product

Customers of American Sportstore have the right to return a product within 30 days. To do so, please complete our return form within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your return request, we will assess whether your product qualifies for return. Once your return has been approved, the product must be received by American Sportstore within 14 days. The costs of returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
